Landlord Prevails Against Tenant Despite Landlord's Lease Violation

The landlord did not give up and appealed twice before convincing the court the tenant was not being truthful. The landlord should have repaired the refrigerator and avoided all of this but the court finally agreed he was entitled to his rent.  02/05/2010 08:47 AM
